'EE Times' study looks at electronic engineers' Internet usage

Manhasset, N.Y.--EE Times, a weekly publication of United Business Media’s CMP Media, announced the availability of proprietary research about the Internet usage of electronics engineers. For the study, “How the Web Impacts Design,” EE Times queried more than 4,000 electronics engineers and technical managers from more than 40 countries. The study was conducted in February. A hard copy of the study, which examines the time electronics engineers spend online, their online activities, the information resources they consult, e-commerce usage and acceptance of online marketing techniques, is available for $3,000. It is available free of charge to current EE Times advertisers (based on spending levels within the CMP Electronics Group).
