BtoB relaunches on community-driven platform

San Francisco—The website for UBM Tech's flagship electronics brand, EE Times, has been relaunched on the company's proprietary platform, designed to facilitate community interaction through moderated discussions, comments, blogs and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. EE Times is the first UBM Tech media brand to migrate to the platform, which will eventually be used by all the company's brands. The EE Times website has been redesigned to integrate the media brand more tightly with UBM Tech's Design West and DesignCon live events. The connection between the community and the events is enhanced by such features as Twitter feeds from the Design West streaming onto the EE Times home page, the company said in a statement.
