Email Center Pro adds conversation management tool

Eugene, Ore.—Palo Alto Software has added a new conversation monitoring tool to its Email Center Pro online customer relationship management solution. The tool is designed for small businesses that rely on e-mail response management as their primary CRM solution.

Conversation Tracker is designed to address lost or mishandled general e-mail accounts. It allows team members to see complete e-mail conversations from customers; assigns e-mails to individuals for follow-up; offers message templates for easier responses; tags and categorizes e-mails for retrieval; and allows the addition of internal notes to ongoing conversations.

An RSS news feed is available for users who want instant updates about individual conversations.
