Facebook user satisfaction dips; could face user exodus

Facebook, facing new competition from Google+, is also seeing its customer satisfaction levels hit all-time lows, said David Amerland on the Technorati blog. The dissatisfaction felt by Facebook users found an outlet when PC Magazine ran an informal poll that revealed as many as 50% of those questioned were prepared to abandon the social network in favor of the new Google social service. Facebook's inability to “get” its user may prove its undoing, Amerland said.
