New York—The Financial Planning Association and The Wall Street Journal have announced a partnership to run a special advertising section in the Journal Oct. 6 that will tout the benefits of financial planning. The ad section will run in conjunction with Financial Planning Week Oct. 1–7. The section will feature financial planning content from both the Journal and FPA. Topics will include how to select a financial planner; how do people plan without professional advice; and financial planning issues and trends. In addition to the print ad section, there will be an online sponsorship exclusive to a single sponsor.
