Toronto--FloNetwork Inc. and Orange, Calif.-based Experian Inc. are introducing an inclusive e-marketing service for U.K. clients. The service, which will develop permission-based e-mail marketing campaigns, is intended to allow clients to outsource such work, which requires considerable technical expertise. Clients will receive help with developing the overall campaign, managing lists, tracking, reporting and customer profiling. Pan-European regulatory agencies are keen on making sure U.S.-based marketers are abiding by Europe's strict privacy laws. FloNetwork and Experian announced a broad European pact last September.
