Chapel Hill, N.C.—Food News Media announced it will launch in October FSR magazine, which will target the full-service restaurant industry.
The premier issue will feature an interview with New Orleans restaurant owner Ralph Brennan, as well as a report on the top states for full-service restaurant growth. FSR will be the first print magazine for Food News Media, which launched a digital publication called Restaurant Management last year.
“A print magazine wasn't part of our original vision,” said Greg Sanders, group publisher of Food News Media, in a statement. “However, it quickly became apparent that there are information voids in this market we can best fill with print.”
The magazine will be published bi-monthly, and is aimed at full-service restaurant owners, C-level executives, chefs and other decision-makers in the full-service restaurant business.
