Bath, England--Future Network plc is considering selling its once high-flying Business 2.0. The U.K.-based publisher has hired Morgan Stanley Dean Witter & Co. to explore options for the magazine, including a sale or joint venture. Overall, Future Network is expected to sell or shut down 20 unprofitable magazines and eliminate 350 jobs in an effort to cut operating costs. After soaring 183% in 2000, Business 2.0's ad pages fell 22% in January, compared with a year earlier, according to the Publishers Information Bureau.
