Genalytics adds Knowledge Extract module

Newburyport, Mass.—Genalytics, an advanced analytics software company, announced it has released a new Knowledge Extract module in its analytics platform. The company said the new module will help clients make better decisions regarding customer targeting and risk management by mining unstructured data—from sources such as call centers, CRM systems and e-mail—in an automated process. The results will then be presented in a structured format. Genalytics clients include Juniper Financial, Providian, Staples and UBS.
