Advertiser: Ohio Business Development Coalition, Columbus Agency: Paul Werth Associates, Columbus Market: CEOs Quick chase: Ohio is proud of the logistics and transportation services that businesses can tap within its borders. In this ad, it is attempting to recruit more businesses to relocate there, and it makes a lot of strong points. The problem is it makes a few too many points-to the point where they overwhelm the ad. The copy spins a good tale of the state's advantages. The question is: Will the audience take the time to absorb all the elements in the ad. They're all good elements, just too many at once. Chasers' choice: Goat

Company: Georgia Department of Economic Development, Atlanta Agency: McRae Communications, Fayetteville, Ga. Market: CEOs Quick chase: The state of Georgia uses a simpler, more graphic approach to making the point that it's a transportation and logistics powerhouse. A montage of photos of a truck, rail car, ship and plane speak to the multimodal nature of the state's transportation system. The copy is not as well-turned as Ohio's, but it reinforces the image by noting that Georgia is home to the world's No. 1 airport, the Southeast's most extensive rail system and the nation's top-rated highways. Chasers' choice: Gloat
