Seattle—Digital marketing agency Hacker Group has appointed Matt Witter as its general manager. Witter, who has been with the company since 2000, was previously VP-account services. As general manager, he will continue to build the agency's capabilities in analytics and targeting, digital and mobile strategy, and strategic planning.
