"Working for a venture-funded startup, I always have to be thinking on two tracks— strategic and tactical—and that is hard. My greatest strategic challenge is keeping focused on what will make the most significant impact on our young company. We are faced with new opportunities every day, and keeping focused on our key goals is critical. On a tactical level, generating more qualified leads can be hard. We're great at generating leads, but we need to continuously iterate our approach to ensure we're delivering the best quality leads possible to our sales team."
