Chicago--Harte-Hanks Inc. today announced the launch of wireless capabilities to its nTouch Response Center, a software platform that provides lead management, order entry and fulfillment, and event management automation. The announcement came at the Direct Marketing Association's 84th Annual Conference at McCormick Place. The wireless addition allows Harte-Hanks clients to access critical customer information and lead details remotely, the company said. U.S. b-to-b companies are trailing their European counterparts on wireless initiatives. The recent terrorist attacks, however, have helped spur mobile device usage.
