Harte-Hanks, Xchange in CRM deal

San Antonio, Texas--Direct marketing company Harte-Hanks Inc. and Xchange Inc., a Boston-based software start-up, have entered a pact to develop and market customer relationship management Internet technologies. Through an application service provider arrangement, Harte-Hanks has acquired Xchange's analytics and campaign management software, and will package and market them as part of its integrated CRM offerings. The deal follows a string of partnerships signed by Harte-Hanks to expand its CRM and customer acquisition offerings, the most recent of which was a deal signed in January with Austin, Texas-based HotData Inc.
