IAB, 4A’s release update to standard terms and conditions for interactive advertising

New York—The American Association of Advertising Agencies and the Interactive Advertising Bureau announced the release of “4A’s/IAB Standard Terms and Conditions for Interactive Advertising Version 3.0” for public comment.

The guidelines are designed to serve as an industry standard for media companies, ad agencies and advertisers that buy online advertising. The new version contains updates in the areas of data usage, third-party ad serving and tracking, billing and payment terms, and cancellation terms.
