IAB forms multicultural council

New York—The Interactive Advertising Bureau has created a multicultural council, to support advertising strategies addressing diverse consumer groups.

The IAB Multicultural Council, which supersedes the association’s IAB Hispanic Committee, will address such issues as the measurement of minority audiences and the development of digital marketing strategies appropriate to multicultural markets.

Chairing the new council will be Mark Lopez, COO of Terra Networks USA, and Borja Perez, VP-integrated solutions and digital media at Telemundo.
