IAB updates digital video ad measurement guidelines

New York—The Interactive Advertising Bureau released an update to its Digital Video Ad Impression Measurement Guidelines, which establish parameters for the accurate counting of digital video ad impressions. The guidelines require that companies obtaining certification for the IAB guidelines disclose the presence of auto-play ads and their parameters, such as frequency settings, site location and the type of video ads involved.
