IBM ranks No. 1 on ITSMA brand study

Lexington, Mass.—IBM had the top brand equity score on the IT Services Marketing Association’s IT Professional Services Brand Tracking Study. The study assigns a brand equity score to IT service providers based on brand awareness and market positioning. IBM had a brand equity score of 50.8—up from 48.4 in 2005. Other high-ranking service providers were Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, EDS, Hewlett-Packard Co., Oracle and SAP.
