IBM updates marketing analytics, work flow suite

Armonk, N.Y.—IBM Corp. has updated its Customer Experience Suite with new capabilities addressing customer mobile and social media use. The suite has been enhanced to include microsite wizards, in-line editing and prebuilt content catalog designs that focus on social and mobile marketing, according to the company. The mobile capabilities enable marketers to create content once and have it automatically adapt to particular devices on which it is viewed. The suite update also allows enterprise customers to better manage content that's accessible on multiple channels, including social networks, according to IBM.
