New York--IndustryBrains, a performance-based online advertising network, has partnered with VNU and IDG in the U.K. Under the partnerships, advertisers can purchase contextually relevant listings across the Network and IDG UK's network of technology Web sites on a cost-per-click basis. Advertisers bid for placement by site-specific categories, not keywords, and pay only when a user clicks to their Web sites.
