Infor introduces automated e-mail content tool

Atlanta—Customer and supply chain management company Infor has launched a new module for its customer relationship management solution that automatically changes the content of e-mails based on recipients’ preferences and website behaviors.

The company’s CRM Epiphany E-mail Advisor determines which customer attributes are most predictive in accepting a particular offer. As customers accept or decline offers, the module automatically adjusts subsequent content and offers to maximize acceptance, according to the company.

Infor said pilot programs using the product have shown an increase in click-through rates of up to 50%.
