'InformationWeek' launches new marketing services products

San Francisco—UBM TechWeb's InformationWeek has introduced three new marketing services products in educational programming, social media and live streaming video. The education component is InformationWeek University, a series of online courses combining live educational broadcasts with interactive chat and downloadable slides. TechWeb said InformationWeek University includes a sponsored track designed to deliver a minimum of 800 leads for the sponsor. InformationWeek's Internet Influence Program is a new service that uses social media to call attention to a tech marketer's content. TechWeb uses “before and after” metrics to demonstrate the IIP's effectiveness. And UBM TechWeb's Live Video Broadcasting service offers marketers the opportunity to broadcast interviews, panel discussions or lectures on any UBM TechWeb community. Viewers can use an instant messaging application that allows them to discuss the event with other audience members.
