Innovation Games and Marketing—A Match Made in Heaven

Paul Dunay, global director of services and social media at Avaya, picked up some tips from Luke Hohmann, founder of The Innovation Games Co., during a recent seminar on using games to solve business problems. Dunay has since used games at Avaya for a number of different issues, from prioritizing marketing initiatives to finding out what customers really want from products and services. For example, “Buy a Feature (a game) helps you get clarity on those bells and whistles that engineers typically think are cool but no one ever uses,” Dunay writes.
