Interactive Advertising Bureau forms advisory board

New York--The Interactive Advertising Bureau on Thursday announced it has formed an advisory committee of senior ad agency executives within the organization.

The Agency Advisory Board is chaired by Matt Freeman, CEO of Tribal DDB Worldwide, the interactive arm of DDB Worldwide. Board members include representatives from Carat Interactive, FCBi, Grey Interactive Worldwide, and Starcom IP.

The group will meet quarterly to provide a bridge between the agency and interactive communities and promote interactive advertising as part of the marketing mix.

"Due to the newness of the medium, there are still kinks that must be worked out, and this board affords leading agencies a forum to address these issues," Freeman said.
