New York—The New York Times Co.’s informational site has launched a new Industry & Trade channel covering 50 b-to-b verticals, such as aviation, construction and energy.

Previously, focused exclusively on about 70,000 consumer-oriented topics, including autos, entertainment, sports and recreation, style and video games. said it currently features more than 2.8 million pieces of original content.
