Kanoodle, 24/7 partner on behavioral targeting

New York--Search marketing company Kanoodle and 24/7 Real Media Monday announced an agreement to provide behavioral targeting of sponsored links to advertisers and publishers on Kanoodle's new BehaviorTarget network.

24/7 Real Media will license Insight XE, its online analytics technology, to Kanoodle, giving Kanoodle access to audience metrics from the ad network portion of the 24/7 Web Alliance. That access will let Kanoodle identify and build audience segments based on user activity so that advertisers can target potential customers based on their past behavior.

BehaviorTarget is to be launched before the end of the current quarter. It joins such other Kanoodle offerings as KeywordTarget and ContextTarget.
