Kodak to consolidate $100 million media account

New York—Eastman Kodak Co. is planning to consolidate its estimated $100 million global media buying and planning business, which is now handled by agencies including MindShare and Carat. The consolidation will not affect Kodak’s creative agency of record relationship with Ogilvy & Mather or its b-to-b relationships with HSR Business to Business and Eric Mower & Associates, according to agency spokespersons.
