Kodak names Jotwani CMO, succeeding Hayzlett

Rochester, N.Y.—Eastman Kodak Co. has named Pradeep Jotwani its new CMO, leading the company’s corporate marketing and consumer digital businesses. Jotwani, a former executive at Hewlett-Packard Co., succeeds Jeff Hayzlett, who resigned last May.

As CMO, Jotwani will be responsible for customer relationship management, brand management, both b-to-b and b-to-c marketing, communications and public affairs, online commerce and the company’s website,

Jotwani also will fill the role of president-consumer digital imaging group, responsible for Kodak’s digital cameras, picture frames and pocket video cameras, as well as other products.

Jotwani left HP in 2007 as senior VP-supplies, imaging and printing group. Prior to that he served as president of HP’s consumer business organization, which he formed, and served as HP’s executive sponsor for CRM.

Since leaving HP Jotwani was an executive at private equity company Vector Capital, and served as a director with several public companies, including streaming media company RealNetworks. Jotwani will be based in the Silicon Valley, Calif., area.
