LinkedIn rolls out customer engagement tools

Mountain View, Calif.—LinkedIn has debuted features to enhance brand engagement with its members and make it easier to connect marketers and developers to leverage the LinkedIn platform. Company Status Updates allow administrators of company pages to share professionally relevant updates such as company news, videos, jobs and industry articles directly with followers. The LinkedIn Certified Developer Program offers a way to connect with a network of developers available to help marketers and agencies build out their LinkedIn platforms. Launch partners including AKQA, Buddy Media, HootSuite Media and Wildfire.
