LookSmart rebrands

San Francisco—LookSmart, a pay-per-click search advertising network and technology solutions company Tuesday unveiled its new corporate identity and redesigned Web site,

The company made the introduction at the 2008 Search Engine Strategies Conference in San Jose. Digital Influence Group, a social media marketing agency, collaborated with LookSmart on the re-branding project.

LookSmart said in a statement that the new branding “embodies LookSmart’s energy and dedication to providing solutions to both search advertisers and Web site publishers and networks.” It includes a redesigned logo, as well as revamped business collateral.
