Sunnyvale, Calif.--Internet service provider Loudcloud Inc. said it's cutting 122 jobs, or 22% of its work force. The cuts, which will leave Loudcloud with 507 employees-follow an expansion that increased the payroll from 74 workers in January 2000. A cash squeeze has forced the reorganization of Loudcloud, which was founded by Marc Andreessen, the Web browser pioneer behind Netscape.
