Lyris unveils real-time remarketing, retention service

Emeryville, Calif.—Digital marketing company Lyris Inc. has launched two tools that detail customer Web-browsing habits to identify remarketing and retention possibilities. Lyris Real-Time Retargeting, using technology from marketing software company Triggered Messaging, tracks the Web-browsing habits of prospects, including product interest and shopping cart abandonment data, to identify new segments and to automatically deliver remarketing messages, Lyris said in a statement. The company's second new tool, Lyris Retention Automation, analyzes e-commerce purchase behaviors, along with an analysis of “best,"” ”loyal” and “churning” customers, to automate retention campaigns. It is powered by a partnership with Windsor Circle, the company said.
