Marchex debuts local ad platform

Seattle, Wash.—Marchex announced Wednesday it has launched Marchex Connect 2.0, a local advertising platform.

The ad company said the new platform combines online advertising, call-based advertising and trackable, branded Web pages called Business Profile Pages in order to give advertisers a local online presence. Customers can use all the ad products together or individually.

The company also said it has formed the Marchex Digital Platform Group, uniting its voice services, interactive marketing and platform development teams to better provide integrated local advertising products, services and analytics.
