Marin Software raises $30 million in funding

San Francisco—Online ad management company Marin Software has secured a $30 million round of funding led by new investors Temasek and SAP Ventures. The company has raised $80 million to date. Existing partners Benchmark Capital, Crosslink Capital, DAG Ventures and Triangle Park Partners also participated in the latest investment, Marin's fifth round of financing since its founding in 2006. Digital marketing has driven Marin's growth, which doubled its client base last year to 1,500 customers, with $3.5 billion in online ad spending under management for the year.
