Marketers just wanna have fun

In a post this week on the “MarketingProfs Daily Fix” blog, Ann Handley encourages marketers to have fun every once in awhile when creating content. In her book, Content Rules, Handley says that surprising, unexpected content can lead to viral sharing. “Unless you are in the funeral business or sell weapons to the defense department, you can probably afford to have a little fun once in a while,” she writes.
