MediaSpan expands online ad network

New York—MediaSpan, which provides digital content management and national advertising programs for more than 4,000 local media properties, Monday announced it has added more than 75 additional newspaper and TV Web sites to its ad network.

The addition of these properties expands MediaSpan’s network to about 1,300 local Web sites in 300 U.S. markets.

New partners include Freedom Communications (more than 40 local newspapers and TV properties) and Select Alternatives (18 local Web properties). Included in the new group of local markets are Los Angeles; Phoenix; Portland, Ore.; Seattle; and Washington, D.C.
