MIVA CEO, president resign

Fort Myers, Fla.—MIVA, a pay-per-call advertising service, announced that its founder and chairman-CEO, Craig Pisaris-Henderson, and its president, Phillip Thune, have resigned. Pisaris-Henderson and Thune will retain their seats on MIVA's board of directors. The board selected COO Peter A. Corrao to succeed Pisaris-Henderson as CEO. In addition, Larry Weber, a director on the MIVA board, has assumed the position of nonexecutive chairman. Seb Bishop, also a director, was named president and will retain his duties as MIVA CMO.
