Mobile rich media ads spike 235%

New York—Mobile rich media ad impressions increased 235% between Nov. 1 and Jan. 31, according to an analysis released by Mojiva, a mobile ad network. The Mojiva report also found that 60% of ad requests in North American came from apps in January. Additionally, 70% of users on the Mojiva network used Wi-Fi to browse the Web or access apps rather than their wireless carrier's data signal.
