Monster plans sixth trip to Super Bowl

Maynard, Mass.--Online job site Monster, a unit of Monster Worldwide, announced Thursday that it will run TV spots during the Super Bowl telecast for the sixth straight year. The company's :30 spots will be created by its agency of record, Deutsch Inc. Its spots will air once during the pre-game show and twice during the game. On the day after last year's appearance on the Super Bowl, Monster said resumes submitted to the site increased to 53,510--up from 22,347 the day before the game. Monster said it helped to establish itself with the "When I Grow Up" spot which ran during the 1999 Super Bowl telecast.
