Mzinga updates social business software suite

Waltham, Mass.—Social analytics company Mzinga Inc. has released a new version of its OmniSocial suite of social media marketing and analytics tools, with new employee content management and sharing functions, among other features. OmniSocial 2011 includes new user permission and personalization options, with improved content management and design control; the option to share user networks, content, design patterns and analysis across sites for collaboration; new analytics and business intelligence solutions; and report options with advanced visualization, time-series analysis and mobile optimization, according to the company.
