Neocase Software launches latest version of customer service platform

San Francisco—Customer service solutions company Neocase Software has released version 11 of its customer service, human resources, CRM and financial resolution platform.

The company said new business intelligence modules include customizable dashboards and visually enhanced reports. The product also offers a new interface consistent with Outlook 2007 and a new workflow engine that allows for improved processing of job-specific services, with the solution providing integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. —Christopher Hosford
