NetProspex launches b-to-b social media platform

New York—Database list-building company NetProspex Inc. has introduced a new b-to-b social media platform integrated into its directory of 14 million business contacts to enable marketers to target prospects based on their social media presences.

Called Social Step, the platform provides analysis of the social media activity of customers and prospects, and social influence based on contacts’ number of friends and followers, according to NetProspex.

In addition, the company said the tool allows social media data to be downloaded and integrated into customer relationship management applications.
