Opinion Research buys NWC Research

Omaha, Neb.—Opinion Research, an infoUSA company, announced the acquisition of NWC Research, an Australian research company with offices in Singapore and Malaysia. NWC Research will join Opinion Research’s market research group, expanding its presence in the Asia-Pacific market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Last week, infoUSA announced it had acquired Guideline, a custom business and market research and analysis firm.

Greg Wayman, CEO of NWC, will remain with the company.
