Opinion Research Corp. debuts social analytics service

Princeton, N.J.—Market research company Opinion Research Corp. has launched a social analytics service to enable its customers to monitor and act on information within social media conversations.

ORC's Social Analytics Solutions service is offered in collaboration with social media monitoring company Infegy Inc., combining Infegy's Social Radar monitoring and analytics platform with ORC's research capabilities, according to ORC.

ORC is an Infogroup company.
