Overture, InfoSpace extend distribution agreement

Pasadena, Calif.--Overture Services Inc., a search engine service, and InfoSpace Inc., which provides wireless and Web software applications, announced Thursday that they extended their search distribution agreement until March 2006. Overture, which operates on a pay-for-performance model, will continue to provide search listings to InfoSpace's Web search properties, which include Excite, Dogpile, WebCrawler and MetaCrawler.
