Chicago—Performics, a performance marketing agency that is owned by Publicis Groupe, has promoted Daina Middleton from U.S. CEO to worldwide CEO, a new position at the agency. She will be based in Chicago. Performics also appointed Frederic Joseph CEO for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, a new position based in London. Joseph was previously head of digital, Asia Pacific, for ZenithOptimedia, which is also part of Publicis Groupe. In addition, Gareth Mulryan has been named regional director for Asia Pacific, a new position based in Singapore, from worldwide chief digital officer at ZenithOptimedia.
