Pitney Bowes launches repositioning campaign

Stamford, Conn.—Pitney Bowes, expanding into digital marketing services beyond its traditional mailstream focus, rolled out a multichannel campaign in support of the company's evolving focus on customer communications management. The campaign, featuring the theme “Personally,” includes online ads, radio spots, direct mail and events. It stresses the company's ability to deliver messages through customers' preferred channels, track responses and tailor subsequent marketing messages. The campaign was created by agency gyro, Cincinnati. In April, the company launched cloud-based email marketing software for any device or social media channel, and is readying the introduction of its Volly digitized mail delivery service.
