Pivotal Veracity launches individual e-mail tracking tool

Phoenix—E-mail consultancy Pivotal Veracity has introduced a tool that allows marketers to track how, and on what devices, e-mail subscribers open, sort and interact with their messages.

The company said its MailboxIQ is an advance on generalized deliverability tracking processes, such as the use of dummy “seed list” addresses.

MailboxIQ tracks deliverability and e-mail interaction at the individual recipient level, according to the company. This can include what folders recipients move messages to, who is marking the message as junk, which recipients forward the message and the device on which the message was read.
