PR firm tries Net approach

The firm, based in Boston, looks to provide low-cost communications services for small and midsize businesses by doing most of its work over the Web. The company is providing such rudimentary public relations services as customer and employee letters, and press releases, as well as Web site content creation, presentations and speech writing. Its target market will be the 550,000 U.S. businesses with revenues between $2 million and $400 million, said.
