Long Beach, Calif.—Reed Exhibitions has acquired the Agenda trade show for the streetwear and action sports industries. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Agenda, launched in 2003 with 33 brands, is now held twice a year in Long Beach; it will feature 550 brands later this month. Reed extended the show to New York, now also twice-yearly, in 2010. “Agenda is a b-to-b business, but it's a great cultural fit with what we have developed at our pop culture events,” said Greg Topalian, senior VP at Reed Exhibitions, in a statement. Jordan, Edmiston Group represented Agenda in the transaction.
